Transforming raw ore into a certified 99.99% pure bar is a precise, five-stage industrial process.

Stage 1 — Carating & spectrometry

Raw gold undergoes initial testing via electronic balances, mass spectrometry and Archimedean density to measure alloys and calculate acid quantities.

Stage 2 — Centrifugation & granulation

Pre-melted gold is spun into fine granules, expanding surface area for efficient chemical reaction.

Stage 3 — Aqua-regia separation

Granules react inside sealed units using exact ratios of hydrochloric and nitric acids, dissolving base metals and isolating pure gold.

Stage 4 — 1600°C thermal smelting

Isolated gold crystals are cast into premium mirror-finish bars in an E-Mark 2023 furnace.

Stage 5 — Stamping & certification

Finished bars are verified, stamped with tracking serial codes and issued official certificates.
